We have spent most of the week touring around the area. We really love all the little shops and eateries in each of the towns. One thing is clear, Aussie's realllly love their coffee. There are so many coffee shops here but no Starbucks (at least not in this area). We asked & guess they tried to enter this area but went out of business quite quickly - wow. Australians prefer the independant places apparently. They take their coffee seriously & we hadn't heard of half the coffee types on the menu.

Here are some pictures of Kalyssa being a goofball. She is still going downstairs every morning, getting a swimsuit on and then asking if we can go to the beach now?!
We just discovered Tilman now has his first tooth!! I guess he's like his sister & teething won't really be an issue - yay!
So no wild Koala or Kangaroo sightings yet but we've got some time. But Tom threw some 'shrimp on the barby' tonight & I guess it was good - haha.
